I've just posted an opinion piece called 'The Climate' in the columns section. There's also contact information for the author, Phillip Evans, who lives in Antwerp, Belgium, at the end of his piece.

Check out our new Web design and new issue!

The July/August issue is here! In this issue, we have some really cool work by kids and teens. Talya Klinger wrote a great article on papermaking, and Riley Price is back with another Tech & Science column on handheld gaming devices. Plus, Mara Hughes has another Unusual Pets column about a very cute canine.

My article is about ZigZagZine's latest development--we're moving to Web page publishing! That is, after this issue, we won't be publishing issues as pdf files. Instead, we'll publish directly to Web pages, continuously. Want to learn more? Just download the pdf of the July/August issue to read the article, and the rest of the zine.

In the zine, you'll find two pages of photos of Shiloh Curtis's wonderful oil paintings. But, as a taste of how we'll be publishing from now on, we've also published her work as a slide show on Web pages. This was so much fun for me to put together using Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

Enjoy! And I hope you'll consider contributing to ZigZagZine!

We've got a new issue of ZigZagZine out, with contributions from across the United States. Download it now at right (September/October 2008) to see some great artwork (Sculpey characters and a 3D design!), three awesome poems, an article about Dungeons and Dragons, an article about my adventures in the country this summer, and a short story that may surprise you.
